Seeing a gap in quality and regulation for the nutritional supplement industry, Brian built a family-owned supplement company in 2003 to partner with healthcare professionals to create and offer clean, high-quality formulas.

Stephanie Blackburn

Stephanie started her career at the National Cancer Institute, where she oversaw all personnel matters. In 1979, she met Brian, and their shared passion for healthcare and wellness inspired them to begin their journey together, creating XYMOGEN, a family-owned supplement company rooted in quality and integrity. They began by shipping supplements themselves with just 1 employee. Today, Stephanie manages the entire production and manufacturing of the company, which operates on a 309,000-square-foot campus with 372 employees.

Kyle leads the development of all XYMOGEN formulas from initial concept through final production, overseeing every stage, including quality control, laboratory testing, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing. He works closely with licensed suppliers to source premium ingredients that meet our exacting standards for integrity, safety, and efficacy—the foundational pillars of our family-owned company.
